Of course, it means that if you're still using config file with "[M/Profiles]" instead of "[Profiles]", the program won't work with it any more. But I don't think anybody still does it if only because I think support for this was always broken. If I'm wrong, please let me know and I'll add code to upgrade.cpp to remove leading "M/" (of course, the same can be done with a simple sed 1-liner).
