Linker error under Windows

I just got the latest code from CVS.
I am trying to compile under Windows XP with Visual Studio 7.1. I was
able to compile all of the projects except the M. 

I am getting this linker error 

"LINK : fatal error LNK1561: entry point must be defined". 

Apparently, its looking for the main/winmain routine.

Any ideas why I am getting this?
