Dropping files in the composer window

Hi all,

I just added in CVS a feature that allows the user to drop files (e.g.
from an explorer window) onto the composer window.  The files are then
attached as they would have been using the 'Attach' button.  Several
files can be dropped at once.  

Files have to be dropped onto the 'header' part of the window (the 'text
composing' part already accepts drag-and-drop, but for some text to be
inserted, instead of files to be attached).  Unfortunately, the very
simple code I used does not allow to directly drag messages from a
folder and drop them onto the composer window.

This has only been tested on Windows.
