now I cannot compile with wxGTK:

.src/gui/Mdnd.cpp:52: error: 'MMessagesDataObject' has not been declared
.src/gui/Mdnd.cpp:54: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of 'MMessagesDataObject' with no type
.src/gui/Mdnd.cpp: In function 'int MMessagesDataObject(MsgCmdProc*, MailFolder*, const UIdArray&)':

And I didn't find wxUSE_DND in both wx 2.6 and 2.7, so I'm reverting it.
