Error building with DSPAM enabled

Hi Vadim,

Thanks for the fixes of yesterday. Python compiles fine now. The reason I
tried without DSpam is I already have a Spamassassin / Procmail spam
solution setup with my Courier IMAP mail servers. I have another build
anomaly for you. 

When I turn off building DSPAM in configuration manager, it still tries to
compile in DspamFilter.cpp as can be seen below:
