Faulty line colouration under M Windows version

Hi Vadim,

With my Windows CVS HEAD build (but not my current Linux build), when a
message is displayed in the default message viewer, if Mahogany comes
across a MID / URL / Email address, it turns on blue text but doesn't turn
it off at the end of the URL. It does seem to work a bit better if the URL
is within a quoted line but is not 100% correct. Using wx-user and reading
th past two days messages one after the other shows this behaviour in a lot
of messages especially those with text of the form "Someone <email.addy>
wrote..." at the top.
