While in theory it sounds correct, but practically, when you select address bar
in a browser, the URL usually gets selected in order to be able to paste over
the new URL, and therefore primary selection is overwritten anyway.

But is it worth it? Besides, copying to primary selection was here for a few years,
and no one complained. Anyway, there are 4 possibilities:
a) use only clipboard selection as it is now
b) use both (my preference)
c) have a config option (my 2nd preference)
d) have an extra "Copy as selection" popup menu item (my 3rd preference)
