replying to all

Hi Vadim,

as I see you are working on address line expansion, one bug report.
If my own address is not the only one in the original message To line, or it is
in Cc line, then all addresses are coorectly placed as To or Cc when I press
"Reply to all".  But if I am the only one in the To line, and other addresses are in
Cc, after pressing "Reply to all" I get all the recipients in To lines.
