If I send message to
"123" <[email protected]>, Gintas Švedas <[email protected]>
generated headers look like this:

To: 123 <[email protected]>, Gintas =?ISO-8859-13?Q?=D0vedas?= <[email protected]>
MIME-Version: 1.0

But if I send to
"1234" <[email protected]>, Gintas Švedas <[email protected]>
generated headers look like this:
To: 1234 <[email protected]>, Gintas =?ISO-8859-13?Q?=D0vedas?=
<[email protected]>

MIME-Version: 1.0

4 blank spaces are inserted before "MIME-Version: 1.0" line.

Amavis, for example, complains about such messages:
X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER Improper folded header field made up entirely of
        whitespace: To: ...SO-8859-13?Q?=D0vedas?= <[email protected]>\n    \n
