I'm not sure I see the difference. For example, you changed:
include/MailFolder.h
+class WXDLLIMPEXP_FWD_CORE wxFrame;

but include/gui/wxMDialogs.h
+class WXDLLIMPEXP_FWD_BASE wxFrame;

Another question - should all WXDLLEXPORTs be replaced, or only those which have
warnings?
