 This is some kind of build mismatch problem. In the latest trunk
wxUSE_STD_CONTAINERS_COMPATIBLY is definitely defined, so a wrong setup.h
must be included somehow.

 The simplest solution is, as usual, just to delete/uninstall the remains
of the old wx version. Although it should really work even without doing
this... But I don't know why it doesn't.
