error in Mahogany source compilation

Hi
	i have tried to use the DMG file (Mahogany 0.66)
and it does not show me proper icons in the application.
so, i tried to compile Mahogany from source code (10.3.2,
Developer Tools, iBook). i follow the instructions in
Mahogany INSTALL file (mkdir build_dir; cd build_dir;
../configure;make).
	do i need to recompile wxWindows with the tags as
given in Mahogany INSTALL file (./configure --with-gtk
  --disable-threads --disable-joystick) ?? i did not use
these switches in the compilation of wxWindows 2.5.1
	i get the following error on "make" for Mahogany 0.66
source code, as well as the CVS source code (i tried both).
any help will be appreciated.
