I can confirm it, it happened with old editor, and it also sometimes
happens with a new textctlr one. I also have another (related?)
problem - I start a new message (it is empty with only the sig),
select all the sig with a mouse (actually all the message), press Del,
and text is not deleted - sig is still here and cursor is at the end of it.
If I do the same 2nd time, it works.

You can also reorder folders by manually modifying config file or registry,
it is explained in the Help. See FAQ item "How can I customize the position
of folders in the tree?".
