enhancement request: folder creation wizard

When you use the Wizard to create a mailbox entry, you naturally must type in a mailbox name. There is also a field for "name which will appear in the tree", set by default to "New Folder". By default, I would like the name I type in the first field to be echoed in the 2nd field.
