You can download this file from (warning: I don't know if the site can be
trusted, it was just the first google hit) :

you might also need:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71

Copy to the folder where M.exe is.

[These are redistributable files btw, so can be included in the installer
(if not already done)]
