Well, I guess v2.5.2 could be considered old..., but the 
_exact_ same error occurs with v2.5.3, which if I read the site 
correctly is the latest "developer" release of wxWidgets.

I also checked out wxWidgets via CVS and got the same results 
again.

In all three instances (2.5.2, 2.5.3, CVS 20041118), the wxMSW 
build completed with 0 errors and 0 warnings, but the Mahogany 
build threw the errors previously attached.

I'll try again today just in case something was posted 
overnight that resolved this issue.
