reply to group: handling email list

I am going to ask again for two enhancements,
just to keep them in the discussion:

1. When I reply (or reply to group) the address from which 
   I am writing should be left out of the list of "To:" and 
   "cc:" addresses.  (I think Mahogany is the only email 
   client I have used that does not handle this exclusion.)
2. When I reply (or reply to group), all the addresses 
   should be left on a single line.  (I can always force 
   multiple lines if needed, right?)  The automatic creation  
   of an entry for everyone in a large group consumes too 
   much time if the are many addresses.
