No idea :-( This just shouldn't be possible, the program _always_ uses this name ("All folders") for the root of the tree and I really don't see how could it change for you... I'd like a look at your program config (you can export it to file using "Edit|Export" and then remove all "password" and other sensitive lines) if possible.
