 Yes, I see this bug, indeed I see it with this message -- it appeared
empty here (even though I'm running M under Windows currently). I'm going
to look at it a.s.a.p.

 I don't think so. For your message, ISO-8859-2 is correctly displayed in
the language menu when I view it but the message text is still not shown
(it becomes shown, albeit incorrectly, if I choose ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8 from
the menu). Please let me know if it (mis)behaves differently for you.
