2 reply windows

Hello,

If I want to reply to the message when another reply window to the
same message is opened, instead of opening new message the first
reply window is displayed. I remember this functionality was implemented
quite recently, but I cannot find how to switch it off. Is it possible?

And what is Prefs->Compose->Use sender attribution?
