attaching a file with no read permissions

Hello,

If I attach a file to which I don't have read permissions, it is attached,
but when I send a message I get
Cannot open file '...' included in this message!
and the message is sent without the file attached. I'd like M to return
to editor in such case, so that I can fix permissions before sending.
