suggestion: colors tab

I was fiddling with my color scheme today (yup; avoiding
something important) and found it clumsy to adjust.
It would be nice to be able to set all colors in a
single dialogue.

Also, I find the foreground color for the composer get
set to black when I return from my external editor.  Bug?
