odd error msg

Most recent snapshot:
I'm occasionally getting the following error message:

        Failed to remove stale composer autosave file 
        'C:\programs\Mahogany\composer\03824010EA818' (error 
        2: the system cannot find the file specified.)

The filename does not change each time.

Any way to stop this from happening?
