New releases of Courier, Courier-IMAP, SqWebMail, and maildrop packages

Minor releases of Courier, Courier-IMAP, SqWebMail, and maildrop packages,  
fixing assorted bugs.

Changes:

* Building these packages now requires the Courier Unicode library package  
to be installed first, various unicode-related routines from these packages  
have been split into a separate subpackage: http://www.courier- 
mta.org/unicode

SMTP, IMAP:

* A minor security issue is fixed, when Courier gets built using the GnuTLS  
library.

maildrop:

* The -A option could result in failed searches.

* New -T replydraft option.

* A bug that could result in garbled log lines was fixed.

Other:

* Several portability fixes in the makefile and build scripts.
