UPDATE: New releases of Courier packages.

UPDATE: there was a processing problem with the maildrop package in the  
initial release. The new version of maildrop is now properly packaged as  
version 2.9.2.

The original release accidentally overwrote the 2.9.1 package. That, now  
historical, version has been restored from git tags (some autotool scripts  
in the package may differ as they're not stored in git).

New releases of courier, courier-imap, sqwebmail, and maildrop packages.

Changes:

• couriermlm: terminate with EX_SOFTWARE when rejecting messages
from non-subscribers, to avoid triggerring backscatter
suppression for the mailing list.

• all: assume all unencoded header content uses UTF-8, instead of iso-8859-1.

• Miscellaneous fixes to the configure script.

• reformail: fix user-after-free bug in the -f1 option to reformail.
