Handling of linebrakes

Hello,

after first I had found out that reformail, in the way I used it, 
removes CR from the messages and second, that this behaviour can be 
changed by using option 'd1', I integrated that option into my script, 
but then I detected that still CR is removed in every but the last line 
of multi-line headers. It would be nice to have an option that really 
leaves the messages unchanged, as far as possible.
