If we omit * -f * parameter, it is forwarding to all listed addresses.
i.e.,
cc "|$SENDMAIL [email protected] [email protected]"

Thank you very much for your reply.  I have seen your earlier replys also.  I should have searched the archives before writing.
This works like procmail by modifying the envelope-from, however, it is forwarding message to only the last address in the following i.e., [email protected].  I am not sure whether this is EXIM specific.

cc "| $SENDMAIL -f [email protected] [email protected]"
Perhaps, we may have to keep  cc for each forwarding address.

exim's sendmail wrapper must need an explicit -f option.

cc "| $SENDMAIL -f [email protected] [email protected]"

will probably work.
