Builds 20200518 of courier-authlib, courier, courier-imap, sqwebmail, and
maildrop packages:

Changes:

- Update to the internal courier-authlib API to pass along the  
authenticating client's IP address to the library. Currently this is only  
used in the PAM module, this is passed along to the PAM library for logging  
and its own use. Installation script updated to enable versioning of shared  
libraries and use update Gnu LD link flags. courier-authlib's INSTALL  
updated to reflect the revised documentation. Removed old pre-courier- 
authlib migration script, it hasn't been needed in a while.

- The maildrop update is only a migration to the new API call, with maildrop  
being a local mail delivery agent only it has no knowledge of the original  
sending IP address.
