You are not doing anything incorrectly. This is the actual subject line i=
n =20
the original message. It is whatever email client that you're using to re=
ad =20
your mail that's showing you this subject line in UTF-8. This is how non-=20
ASCII characters are encoded in Subject headers.

It was only a few years ago before there was any kind of a specification =
for =20
allowing native Unicode text in mail headers. It'll take a long time, but =
at =20
some point it will become common not to use this encoding scheme, and jus=
t =20
dump UTF-8 directly, in there.

Maildrop does the necessary decoding when pattern-matching, so patterns =20
should be specified in UTF-8, the only thing that it doesn't bother to do =
is =20
decode the subject line when logging it.
