Can't work out why some mails land in this folder

Why are these mails landing in .1_qps?

To    <[email protected]>
Cc    <[email protected]>
  <[email protected]>
  <[email protected]>
  [email protected]
Reply-To  <[email protected]>

In my .mailfilter file:

I can't work out what the problem is - there are other qps folders that 
appear before this last default folder but that shouldn't matter . .

Any help appreciated!
