Problem with Cc addresses

Hi,

I am having problems with a list that I am running,  in that a some of the list members are also on other lists (which are not mine)
and are sending the same posting to both lists. The email address of the other list is therefore appearing on my list as well.

Is there anyway of removing the addresses in both the To and Cc fields ?

Any suggestions gratefully recieved
