Submissions from Non-Members

Hello All!

I am running majordomo-1.94.5 and sendmail-8.12.10.

What I would like to do is to stop the bounce e-mails from non-members
and if I should be so bold, stop majordomo from responding to non-member
e-mail submissions.

Any help is appreciated.
