Thanks, sorry if I wasn't clear enough. They are separate hosts on separate
physical machines, both running separate installs of Sendmail as their MTA.
I had gotten hung up on trying to determine if it was a Sendmail or domo
issue that was causing that 'grouping' for delivery. I'll dig around more in
Sendmail to see what may be causing that, and will check the differences
between the two (if you have any ideas, it would be grand). Thanks again,

    This is a function of the MTA and not Majordomo.  What puzzles me is you
say these are both on the same host. Both virtual domains should be using
the same MTA. If that is the case then both domains should have the same
problem.  Are you sure that both domains point to the same MTA?  What are
the MX records for each domain. IS this sendmail, postfix, or some other
MTA?

I have two installs of Majordomo on "shared" virtual hosting accounts. Both
are running version 1.94.5. Let's say I have a list of 100 addresses. On the
list, 25 addresses are to [email protected], where domain.com is the same
domain--lets say hotmail.com. The next 25 addresses are to [email protected],
where domain.com is aol.com. The other 50 are to random hostnames.

The difference between the two systems is that on one, each majordomo
generated mail sends on a 1:1 basis, that is, if I mail from [email protected],
it will be this in the maillogs:

FROM: [email protected] to [email protected]
FROM: [email protected] to [email protected]
FROM: [email protected] to [email protected]

On the other system though, I get this:

FROM: [email protected] to [email protected],[email protected],[email protected]

...with all mail to the one host sent out in one envelope. The problem is
that this is causing some receiving ISPs to reject the mail with a "552 Too
many recipients" message. I want both to break up the delivery on the
individual 1:1 basis. What controls this in the majordomo install? If needed
I have access to the majordomo.cf on each machine as well as sendmail.cf.
