Well two things that I see

one majordomo:  "|/home/majordomo/majordomo-1.94.5/wrapper majordomo"  needs
to be changed to 
majordomo:  "|/home/majordomo/wrapper majordomo" 

The second, this is a SENDMAIL mail alias file and not a MD alias file.
