Re: start and finish of the list

Are you referring to a list creation and termination date?
Or do you mean when delivery of a distribution begins and
completes?  The former can be accomplished with comments
in your aliases file, and the latter with log parsing or
a dedicated queue to each list.

Just throwing ideas around.
