Consider this: ftp://ftp.ccsf.org/majordomo-patches/1.94.5/00INDEX specifically the config_parse.pl-resend.3 (F+R) Bounces non-member messages to sender|owner|both|no_one which can actually be downloaded at ftp://ftp.ccsf.org/majordomo-patches/1.94.5/config_parse.pl-resend.3 Your hosting provider will have to apply the patch, taking into consideration all the other list-owners that may NOT feel the same way you do about non-member bounce messages. It is up to you to convince them, or change your hosting provider.
