If you mean to inform someone who attempts to post to a closed list 
to which they are not subscribed, take a
look at the following in the list config:

         # non_member_bounce    [enum] (sender) <resend> /;sender;sender-owner
         # One of four values: blank, sender, sender-owner or no_one.  If
         # left  blank the message is bounced to the list owner.  Sender
         # allows the  sender to be notified in addition to the owner
