John, replacelist is not a standard majordomo command.  If your old isp
would like to contribute to majordomo, we would be happy to evaluate it
for inclusion in a future release. ;)

On the other hand, if you have the membership list and the config file
from your list, I am fairly sure your new provider can help you get it
back into operation.
