That's the problem...

A command of "bounce this-list [email protected]" will mail the 
following message to [email protected]:
    approve passwd1 unsubscribe this-list [email protected]
    approve passwd3 subscribe bounces [email protected] (930401 this-list)

This part works fine.  However, the bounces list is not getting 
populated with the date and list in ()'s as in your example 
above.  It is only getting populated with the email address.
