So as said before you need to provide lots more info.
inc what error message do people get back ?

Did you yet look in your 
	/var/log/
		messages
		maillog
Did majordomo ever work for you from outside, is this an installation
that broke, you are trying to fix, or one you are trying to get to work
for first time ?
What version of operating system ? Sendmail ? Majordomo
