MajorDomo MajorCool question.

Several years ago, I set up MajorDomo lists with MajorCool front end.
Since that I have moved and misplaced some of my notes.
I have requests for new list and I cannot remember how to get MajorCool to
pick up the list once I have it working in MajorDomo.
Also, I am coming up on refresh and will have to reinstall, I need to find
good MajorCool documentation.  I still have Alan Schwartz's book with my
notes in the margin for MajorDomo.
