I've seen it on email from both Blackberrys and iPhones.  I *think* it's=20
because the mobiles send messages encrypted from the mobile device.
In the examples I saw, the mail was being routed via AOL, and arrived at=20
the majordomo list looking pretty much like your example.  I've not=20
identified a solution...
