I apologies for hitting so many questions but I find you as only hope.
I have to finish this for my client ASAP.

My another question is: We are running Majordomo on production server
(Linux with sendmail). This server has thousands of majordomo lists.

I have another Majordomo DR server with same configuration. It is newly
built majordomo and it's working.=20

Now, I want to copy everything from Production to DR server to make DR
server act like Prod.

What all files do I need to copy from production to DR server to have
all lists there? Please help!!!!!!!

I have encountered a new problem.

When I'm setting up a new Majordomo list, owner is getting email
regarding the new list creation.
But this list is not showing up in Majorcool. I can see the list in
Majordomo.alias file but it'll not show up in Majorcool until I run
Newalias command.

Can you please tell me what is wrong with my settings?

Check /var/log/maillog and it may tell you exactly.

I suspect your problem may be the permissions are too relaxed. Sendmail
is very picky about the permissions on the directories and the files
both.

I hope that helps.
