The typical place to start is /var/log/maillog, assuming you're on a
Linux installation.  

Other questions to ask:
Does any other mail into that domain work?
Do manual DNS lookups still resolve on that server?
Most fundamentally, what changed?  It might have been upstream from you,
but something changed!
