(check_headers)  Integrate the block_headers setting with the
access_rules setting.
(_d_access)  Deny connections if one of the block_headers patterns matched.
(_d_post)  Consult the owners if any non-capitalized taboo variable matched.
(describe_taboo)  Rename Mj::Resend::_describe_taboo and add
error file support.
