(_alias_reverse_lookup)  Base the lookup on the target,
not the striptarget, field.
(_changeaddr)  Issue an error if the old and new addresses are identical.
Bugfix:  Adjust aliases properly when the changeaddr command
is issued from an alias.  Thanks to Roger Klorese.
