access_rules for unsubscription of non-subscribed addresses

Is it possible to detect in an access_rule when someone is trying to 
unsubscribe from something they're not subscribed to?

And is it or would it be possible to detect when a command comes into 
the email interface interactively vs. via an alias expansion?
