Question about message_footer

Is it possible for the message_footer to be an attachment instead of being 
appended to the text of the message? By design, I trap on all messages 
that contain any mj2 commands, so when people reply, they frequently don't 
remove the unzub instructions and it makes a lot of work for me. If the 
unzub instructions were always an attachment then I wouldn't have so much 
cleanup to do. Does this make sense?
