legit email posting to list failing ... but can't find reason ...

I have a subscribed user to [email protected] trying to send an email to the list ... he's tried with both a subscribed email, and one unsubscribed (to hopefully force it into the moderator queue) ... in both cases, report-full is reporting it as failed: post pgsql-hackers [email protected] fail 17:22 (post to pgsql-hackers) resend c747a32c5d4c4c4d8db4601af528b1efde8e99f2 0.239 post pgsql-hackers [email protected] fail 17:35 (post to pgsql-hackers) resend 3e5199e65b44c34e06e4e5b94ea3126e26d73450 0.279 Is there some way I can get majordomo to log reasons why something failed? I thought it would at least send a note back to the sender, but checked through the logs, and its not even doing that :( He's sent me the message he's trying to post, and it looks clean to me ...
