I have use the following link to get to all the tokens:

http://hedwig.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/mj_wwwadm? 
list=ALL&user=uname&func=showtokens

This has me log in as user uname, then proceeds to show me all  
outstanding tokens.  (You can actually embed the password in the link  
as well, but I don't recommend it).
